Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how QORPO ("QORPO", "we", "us") handles information when you use the website at qorpo.world and its sub-pages (the "Site"). QORPO is a decentralized token project; the Site is largely informational and non-custodial.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated by QORPO s.r.o. For any privacy question you can contact us at hello@qorpo.world.

2. Information we process

Analytics & usage data — aggregated, non-identifying data about how the Site is used (pages viewed, device/browser type, approximate region), to improve the Site.
Wallet & on-chain data — when you connect a Web3 wallet (e.g. on Staking, Bridge, Leaderboard or Spin), we read your public wallet address and public on-chain data such as your $QORPO stake. This information is already public on the blockchain. We do not take custody of your assets and never receive your private keys or seed phrase.
Community Points & spin records — for the Leaderboard and Daily Spin we store your public wallet address together with derived values (accumulated points, staking level, spin results). No personal identity data is attached.
Information you send us — e.g. if you email us or contact us on social channels.

We do not ask for or store names, government IDs, payment card numbers, or private keys through the Site.

3. Why we process it

To provide and operate the Site and its features (staking, bridge, leaderboard, daily spin).
To measure and improve performance and user experience.
To keep the Site and its rewards fair and secure (e.g. preventing abuse of the daily spin).
To respond to your requests.

4. Blockchain data is public and permanent

Transactions and stakes you make interact with public blockchains (Ethereum and BNB Chain). Data recorded on a blockchain is public, immutable and outside our control — it cannot be edited or deleted by us or by you.

5. Third-party services

The Site uses third-party services that may process limited technical data under their own privacy policies, including: hosting/CDN (GitHub Pages, Cloudflare), fonts (Google Fonts), public blockchain RPC providers, market-data providers (e.g. CoinGecko), and links to third-party exchanges (MEXC, KuCoin, Gate). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of exchanges or other external sites you visit from here.

6. Cookies & local storage

The Site uses your browser's local storage for essential, non-tracking conveniences only — for example remembering that a promotional message was already shown to you, or a preview state. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

7. Data retention

Aggregated analytics are retained only as long as useful for the purposes above. Community Points and spin records tied to a public wallet address are retained while the feature is active; note that accumulated points are only kept while a wallet meets the staking threshold and may be reset otherwise.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location (e.g. under the EU GDPR) you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Because the Site's features are keyed to public wallet addresses rather than personal identity, we may be unable to identify you from a request alone. To exercise a right, contact hello@qorpo.world. Note that on-chain data cannot be deleted.

9. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
