These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at qorpo.world and its sub-pages (the "Site"), operated by QORPO s.r.o. ("QORPO", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The Site is informational and non-custodial

The Site provides information about the QORPO ecosystem and the $QORPO token, and lets you interact with public smart contracts through your own Web3 wallet (for example staking, bridging, viewing the leaderboard and the daily spin). We do not take custody of your assets, we never hold your private keys or seed phrase, and we cannot move, freeze or recover your funds. You are solely responsible for your wallet and its security.

2. No financial, investment or legal advice

Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Information is provided for general purposes only and may change without notice. You should do your own research and consult qualified professionals before making any decision.

3. $QORPO token risk

$QORPO is a crypto-asset. Crypto-assets are highly volatile and involve significant risk, including the risk of losing the entire value of your holdings. Prices shown on the Site are indicative, sourced from third parties, and may be delayed or inaccurate. Past performance does not indicate future results. Never risk more than you can afford to lose.

4. Community Points & Daily Spin

• Community Points, staking levels and the Daily Spin are off-chain loyalty rewards that recognise participation in the ecosystem. They are not money, securities, financial instruments, or a promise of any financial return.
• The Daily Spin is a free, provably-fair loyalty feature for eligible wallets. It is not gambling: there is no stake, wager, purchase or entry fee to spin, and no real-world money can be lost by spinning.
• Points and spin rewards have no guaranteed monetary value and may be adjusted, recalculated, or discontinued at any time. Accumulated points are only retained while a wallet meets the required staking threshold and may be reset if it drops below it.
• We may exclude any wallet from these features for abuse, exploitation of bugs, or attempts to manipulate results.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms to use the Site. You are responsible for ensuring that using the Site and interacting with crypto-assets is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Site is not offered to any person in a jurisdiction where such use would be unlawful.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its backend or other users' wallets; interfere with or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure; scrape, overload or abuse the Site or its APIs; or exploit bugs to gain unfair rewards. We may suspend or restrict access to protect the Site and its users.

7. Third-party services & links

The Site relies on and links to third-party services (for example blockchain networks, RPC providers, market-data providers, and external exchanges such as MEXC, KuCoin and Gate). We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

8. Intellectual property

The QORPO name, logo, branding, text, graphics and design of the Site are owned by QORPO or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our permission, except as reasonably necessary to use the Site as intended.

9. No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the Site, smart contracts, or any data shown will always be available, correct or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QORPO and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of funds, tokens, profits or data, arising from your use of the Site, the $QORPO token, smart contracts, or any third-party service — whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such loss.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
